Return to Wellness - 6 Sessions

These are follow up sessions after the initial consultation.  
 
They can be in person or remote via zoom, and each follow up is 45 minutes long.
 
We will address the changes that were made from the previous meeting, what is working and what needs to be modified or added.  
 
I will also answer any questions you. may have.
