Service Description
Consults can be in person or remote via zoom. We will review some of the information you will have filled out on your intake form prior to our consultation meeting, and any more details you wish to give. The consult also involves a detailed explanation behind the process, some teaching, as well as what you can expect during a session. Lastly, I will answer any questions you may have. If you do not find a time through booking online please email me, at rachel@rachelmauricemd.com, as I do have some flexibility in scheduling. Once a session is booked, please read and sign the terms and conditions which explain that this is a private membership association (PMA). What that means is you need to join in order to have sessions. I will then send you an Intake and consent form to fill out and sign prior to your consult. Advance payment is required. Aside from payment options on this site, e-transfers are also accepted at rachel@rachelmauricemd.com.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% fee charged.
